EXPRESSION

‘The female body in movement turned out to be my endless source and focus of inspiration. This fits in seamlessly with my former professional gymnastics career and how I experience the body. I want to unite the designs with the body and its flow, like a second skin, to experience freedom of movement. The way a material falls on the skin and its interaction with the body inspires me to create garments. Therefore, I always works with a life model enabling me to undertake a three-dimensional research and highlight the movement and wearability of the designs. Rather than following trends, the designs follow the body.’

EMBODIMENT

I started my own brand because it allowed me to express my authentic vision without the constraints of working to a predetermined brief.
